The Dharmabad court in Maharashtra, which is hearing the Bhabhali case, has given a sensational verdict. The court rejected the recall petition filed by Chandrababu’s counsel Subba Rao. It said that all the 16 accused, including Chandrababu Naidu, must attend the court.
The case has been adjourned to October 15. Those leaders from the Telugu Desam, who received the warrants – Prakash Goud, Gangula Karunakar and KS Ratnam – were granted bail.
Chandrababu Naidu and his partymen, including several MLAs went to Bhabhali project in Maharashtra to stall the project works. The Maharashtra police arrested them. At this, the TDP leaders created a ruckus and tried to attack the police. The police filed a case, based on which the Dharmabad court has issued non-bailable warrants to Chandrababu Naidu.
