YSRCP national general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Sai Reddy charged Chandrababu Naidu with leaving the public good and welfare to winds and focuring only on self-serving.  Addressing mediapersons at the Eluru YSRCP office, he said that during the last four-and-a-half-years rule, Chandrababu has diverted Rs 5 lakh crore to his offshore accounts.

He said that West Godavari district had given him 15 seats in 2014, but he had done nothing for the people of the district. The MLAs from the district are involved in sand mafia and rowdy acts, he charged and said that the TDP was following the policy of plundering Kolleru lake.

Vijay Sai further demanded that the passport of both Chandrababu and Lokesh should be seized as there is every chance of their trying to flee from the country once they are out of power. He said that once the YSRCP comes to power, it would ensure that all the black money parked abroad would be brought back. On the Congress-TDP alliance he said that the Congress was responsible for the unjust bifurcation of the state, while TDP was a willing co-conspirator. Now, their coming together as an alliance proves that both were partners in crime.

Vijay Sai said that the Praja Sankalpa Yatra was aimed at giving good governance to the people. He said Jagan would work to bring good governance and change the prospects of the people. He said the people were watching the anti-people policies of Chandrababu Government and were waiting to teach it a fitting lesson at the time of the elections.
